Ingredients
Chillies, coriander, Pepper, Nutmeg, Cloves, cummin seeds, Coconut , Turmeric, Ginger, garlic, etc.
Directions
For ½ kg Prawns (¼ kg dry + ¼ kg fresh) – clean, apply salt and keep aside. 1 medium size Coconut, grind and squeeze out the Milk (Thick Milk), grind once again and squeeze out the Milk (Thin Milk) and keep both separately. Soak little Tamarind in water, make pulp and keep aside. Cut 4 Onions finely saute in oil till light brown, add Prawns and saute for 5 minutes. Add Tamarind Pulp, Bimblees, pieces of Dry Mango, Jaggery, thin milk and 50 gms of Goa2gulf Samarachi Codi (Curry) Masala and boil for 2 minutes and add Thick Milk, Salt to taste and Boil.
