Roast meat is an all time Goan favorite. This is a super moist, perfectly seasoned, traditional Goan tender roast beef recipe. Roast meat can be enjoyed with cooked potatoes, french fries, along with a salad or as a sandwich. Beef chilly fry can also be prepared using this roast meat.
Bedgi Chillies, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Dry Coriander, Nutmeg, Pepper, Turmeric.
Add Salt to 1 kg meat. Take 2/3 tbsp of Mario’s Roast Masala, Add a few drops of lime juice and combine it to form a paste. Apply this paste on to the meat and let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Roast the meat on a slow fire, cook till tender.
Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
