Spicy, tangy and loaded with flavour, Red Recheado (Recheio) Masala is one of Goa’s most versatile masalas. Generally used for stuffing fresh fish and seafood, it can also be used in other meat and fish dishes.
Bedgi Chillies, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Tamarind, Turmeric, Vinegar.
Wash, Clean & Salt the fish as per taste. Slit the fish on one side just above the center bone. Apply 1 tsp (per fish) of Mario’s Recheio Masala thinly along the length of the slit area. Shallow fry till well done. Always use a dry spoon.
