Mario’s Goa Sausage masala (Paste) can be used for marinating meat or making Dry or Wet Gravy accompained with Rice.
Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Pepper, Red Chillies, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Vinegar.
1 kg Meat (diced into small cubes). Add salt & leave overnight. Drain out water. Marinate the same in 2-3 tbsp of Mario’s Goan Sausage Masala. Store in the bottles and keep tightly closed or fill into casing and sun dry & smoke. Cook with Onions & Potatoes. (For better results Marinate Overnight).
