Fish Molho is a tangy recipe. It’s usually made for the times when there is shortage of fish. Once prepared give some time to mature for all the flavors come together. Best to have it with rice, dal or curry. The best way to store fish for longer period. The fish is considered as a delicacy in Goa.
Bedgi Chillies, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Mackerals, Oil, Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Vinegar.
Transfer the contents into an air tight, dry jar on opening. Always use a dry spoon.
