Cafreal is actually originated in mozambique from a dish called galinha. Afterwards, portuguese adopted it and made some changes in it before it reaching to beautiful goa. Mario’s cafreal masala can be used for marinating not only for chicken but for Vegetables, Paneer or any meat of your choice.
Chilly Piri-Piri, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fresh Coriander, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Pepper, Salt, Sodium Benzoate, Sugar, Vinegar.
Use 2-3 tbsp or as per taste of Mario’s Cafreal Masala to Marinate one kg chicken. Keep for 2 hrs. Grill or Fry. Serve hot with onion rings and lime. Always use a dry spoon. (For better results Marinate Overnight).
